Tracking your order

You can see the status of your order in your account, and will receive updates such as dispatch notifications. Our current postage options do not offer tracking.

Unfortunately, we aren't yet able to offer delivery outside the UK, but please do contact us and we should be able to accommodate your order on a one off basis.

Returns & Refunds

An item has arrived broken, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that an item isn't delivered to you in perfect condition, please contact us with a photo of the damage on the item. Make sure to include your order number and whether you would like us to send you a replacement item (subject to stock availability), credit or a refund. We may ask you to send the item in question back to us so we can see what has gone wrong. If so, we will send you a label to post it back to us, and we will usually send it back to our supplier, or we may recycle the item or dispose of it responsibly.

Can I return an item(s)?

You can return an unwanted item within 28 days for a refund, provided all products returned are in mint condition, are in original packaging and are unused. You must contact us to organise any returns. Any items returned without prior consent will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the safe return of the item(s). We do not take any responsibility for the safety of the item(s) on the way back to us. If you so wish we can send you a postage label for the return journey, please note that the cost of this will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to include the original postage cost in any refunds.
